A clear understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and tools including social media platforms, programmatic, and Google Analytics
Deep understanding of all integrated programmatic partners such as (buying platforms, data, etc.); and being able to effectively lead and plan all media mix logistics for campaigns, meanwhile ensuring our campaigns reflect the latest best practices and industry trends
Manage and supervise campaign setup and execution while ensuring consistency of commercial specs/campaign objectives by launching campaigns across platforms making sure that it’s running according to the best practices while monitoring the goals and KPIs for a portfolio to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.
Build and maintain productive internal team relationships that ensure the company’s needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, moreover, create and conduct reports, that provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field
2 to 4 years of experience in social media advertising & programmatic
Excellent command of Arabic & English
Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, customer behaviour, market research methods, and google best practices
Detail and results-oriented, good communication skills with the ability to work with teams along with a "Can-Do" attitude
Agility Learning Professional attitude that welcomes constructive feedback
Microsoft Office proficiency

Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring
Follow up on hiring decisions
Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires
Work with employees to answer benefits questions and assist in processing life events and open enrollment elections
Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
Assist in the development of policies and procedures
Coordinate exit process for departing employees
Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development

Develop end-to-end solutions from the user interface to the backend database
Develop front-end functionality using ReactJS/AngularJS and server-side functionality using the latest JavaScript features with Node.js
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Design and develop APIs and scripts
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications
Create and maintain advanced Excel formulas, Pivot, Macros and VBA scripts
Integrate and use leading tools such as ReactJS/AngularJS, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL Server/MySQL/BigQuery and cloud platforms

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a role focused on Website and application development
Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience in delivering multiple complex website and application projects
Experience with developing website code in one or more languages such as ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, PHP or .NET
Strong command of SQL language
Strong command of advanced Excel formulas, Pivot, Macros and VBA scripts
Hands-on experience in one or more Database tools such as SQL Server, MySQL or BigQuery
Experience in writing clean and reusable code
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Understanding of database architectures, distributed systems, data warehousing schemas, BI tools and big data technologies
